Who we are

Work4Youth is a partnership between local businesses, the Workforce Investment Board of Santa Cruz County and the Santa Cruz County Office of Education. All proceeds benefit Work4Youth Employment Program, providing work and training skills to vulnerable youth in Santa Cruz county.

Sueños

Under the Workforce Investment Act, the Sueños program offers eligible youth an opportunity to develop workforce skills that will prepare them for a competitive labor market.

The Sueños Program provides youth with a supportive learning environment, encourages them to set attainable career goals, connects them to community resources and helps establish valuable and lasting relationships.
